Morgan and Amy are chilling out during a free period in the common room at the Northern Spanking Institute. However, as they well know, smoking is certainly NOT permitted at the institute and prim Head Girl, Lucy McLean is both shocked and disgusted to discover them. Lucy justifies her actions by providing evidence of the girls crime to the Headmaster, knowing he is strongly against smoking and takes a very dim view of his students doing same.
