Mr Stamp is an officious little man, a team leader with ideas far above himself and his capabilites! Always grovelling to the boss, he's become "teacher's pet" around the office and spies on all the other employees and reports back to his boss. This time it's the turn of the unfortunate Miss Brown on whom Mr Stamp has been spying for some weeks. He notes when she is 2 seconds late back from lunch, when she talks to friends on company time, how long she spends in the loo etc. Though all Mr Stamp's birthdays' come at once when he catches Michelle "borrowing" some pens from the stationery cabinet! Authorised by the boss to carry out a new disciplinary regime (a new trial project suggested by Mr Stamp of course!), he gets his chance to try out the methods on the pert bottomed Michelle Brown! Stamp tries to raise Miss Brown's skirt at which she quite mightly protests. A bit of a coward really, he instead instructs her to remove it herself - or he'll report her for theft to the boss man. Poor Michelle has little choice but to do as he asks. Stamp is very pleased with himself at managing to subvert the poor secretary and pushes his luck by insisting she takes off her blouse. Michelle does so meekly, not realising of course that this is as wrong of him as it was of her to take the pens in the first place! She bends over the desk, exposed, for more of the same... Stamp pulls down Michelle's panties with some resistance from the indignant secretary. He shows her the paddle which is supposedly from "The Boss" under his new regime and she feels she has no choice but to let this little weasel paddle her. But my how it hurts! The enthusiastic application of the paddle to Michelle's bottom makes her cry out and wince in pain. Goodness, if she could only make this little jobsworth pay for this! Michelle's paddling comes to an end as Stamp realises he has something rather important to attend to in his own office (and we all know what that is!) but first she is made to kneel up on her chair in just her underwear and pick up every single pen and return them to him - for safe keeping of course. Poor Michelle and what a chancer that Mr Stamp is!
